What do I do if an item is out of stock?
I know the feeling when an item you love is out of stock. I try my best to restock items as often and as soon as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out, it’ll be restocked. The best way to stay updated is Instagram / Facebook. I always post on there when an item is restocking or just keep checking our website.
How do I enter a coupon code or gift card at checkout?
Coupon codes can be entered in the 'Gift card or discount code' box during the checkout process. Coupon codes can only be applied at the time of purchase and are not able to be added once the order has been placed. If you are having trouble with a code, please text 704-502-0550 BEFORE you place your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. If we see the order earlier enough, sometimes the same day but it is not guaranteed.
When will I receive my order?
Everything ships out of North Carolina. Most orders are received within 1-3 business days after they've been shipped.

Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes is very short. Please contact us if you need to change anything on your order. Please make sure to include your order # in the message so we can change the order as fast as possible. You cannot cancel an order or be refunded. If you don't want the item(s) you ordered please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue you a store credit for any merchandise you don't want to receive. If your order has already been shipped/a label has been created, we can still issue you a store credit for the merchandise but cannot refund any shipping cost.
