We hope that you love all of your purchases from Greyleigh's Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes items don't quite fit the way we want them to and you may need to return the item(s).

--- Return Eligibility Requirements ---

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and must be unworn, unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date and do not wash the item.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both ways.
  • All orders are final and cannot be canceled after being placed.
  • Any order placed that you need to cancel for any reason will only be eligible for store credit as long as it hasn’t been packaged and shipped yet. Please email or message immediately so we can issue a store credit for any merchandise you don’t want to receive.  
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
  • Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: Swimwear, Face Masks, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Bralettes, Hats, Beanies and Gift Cards. Any items bought during a store sale or with a discount code greater than 15% cannot be returned. 

--- How To Make A Return ---

    Return For An Exchange:

    • We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited and high demand for inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). 

    Return For A Store Credit:

    • Must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Shipping costs are the customers responsibility both ways.

     Return For A Refund:

    • We do not provide refunds at this time. All returns are for store credit only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

    To Make A Return:

    • Submit a return request (through our Customer Return Portal) and follow the instructions.
    • Please do not ship any items back without submitting the return request using the link above first.

    When Mailing A Return:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our returns center!
    • Please provide a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
    • Submit the tracking # in the email after it’s been shipped.
    • Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
    • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit.

    If An Ineligible Item Is Returned To Us:

    • Returns shipped back after 14 days of the delivery date are subject to a 20% restocking fee as long as these items are able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). The restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price of the item (not for any shipping and handling charges)
    • Ineligible returns (including returns that are shipped back after 14 days of delivery date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
    • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 48 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible).

      --- Customer Service Portal ---

      • The customer service portal has been designed for domestic (U.S.) orders and returns
      • Visit our Customer Return Portal
      • Type in the e-mail address attached to the order you want to return, and the order number.
      • Select the item(s) you would like to return, and select store credit.
      • Depending on the date the order was delivered, as well as other eligibility requirements, some items may not be eligible for return. Please review our entire return policy and contact us if you have any other concerns
      • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

        --- LATE RETURNS ---

        • Sometimes we accept late returns if the product is in high demand, but it is not guaranteed.
        • Returns shipped back after 14 days of the delivery date are subject to a 20% restocking fee as long as these items are able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). The restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price of the item (not for any shipping and handling charges)

         --- STORE CREDIT CODE ---

        • The amount for returned items that meet all of the qualifications above will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card that will be sent to your email. Credit will only be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges. We do not refund any shipping charges. The store credit code issued will be used at checkout and is considered a "discount code" so the item(s) purchased using the code will be final sale. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on existing return/exchange codes (you cannot return/exchange an item that was purchased using a previous return/exchange code).
        • You cannot combine your store credit code on top of other sales/discount codes.



        • If you receive damaged/defective items, you must report it to us within 2 days of delivery date or it cannot be returned.
        • Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed or worn incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your garment retains its original quality.
